Delivery Information

Delivery times vary depending on the product type, customization requirements, and seasonal demand. We work closely with designers and manufacturers to ensure every order meets our quality standards before dispatch.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Unstitched Designer Outfits/ Ready To Wear 

• Dispatch within 2–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Stitched / Custom-Stitched Outfits

• Dispatch within 4–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Express Delivery Available

Need your order sooner? Express delivery may be available on selected items. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements and confirm availability. Additional charges may apply.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible.

Please note that dispatch times may occasionally be extended during peak seasons, designer launch periods, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

UK Shipping

• Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders.
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
• We are closed on Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

Please note that separate orders placed individually cannot be combined after purchase. Any applicable shipping charges will apply to each order separately.

If your order contains multiple items with different dispatch times, we may hold the shipment until all items are ready to be dispatched together.

Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on:

• Destination country
• Product availability
• Customs clearance procedures
• Courier service in your region

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Asian Style House has no control over these fees and cannot estimate the amount that may be charged.

Packaging

To reduce shipping costs and avoid damage during transit, original designer boxes are not included as standard with designer outfits, as they are often large and heavy.

All garments are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

If you would like the original designer box included with your order, please contact us before dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Stitched Garments

We offer professional stitching services upon request.

Please note:

• Stitched garments require approximately 4–6 weeks for completion and dispatch.
• Fast-track stitching services may be available upon request.
• Accessories, embellishments, tassels, laces, and decorative items shown in product images may not always be supplied by the original designer.

Where original accessories are unavailable, our tailoring team will carefully source the closest available alternatives to ensure the finished outfit closely matches the original design.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Designer production schedules
• High seasonal demand
• Customs inspections
• Courier delays
• Severe weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Other unforeseen circumstances

Once an order has been dispatched, Asian Style House cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, or other third parties.
