Dispatch Times

• Unstitched Designer Outfits: Dispatched within 2–4 weeks.
• Stitched / Custom-Stitched Outfits: Dispatched within 4–6 weeks.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. Express delivery may be available on selected items (additional charges may apply).

UK Shipping: Free standard shipping on all UK orders.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their destination country.

Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched together once all items are ready. During busy periods, designer launches, customs processing, or courier delays, dispatch and delivery times may be extended.

Returns & Exchanges

As most of our products are made-to-order, custom stitched, or specially sourced from designers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour preference, or other personal preferences.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange where appropriate.

Please note that slight variations in embellishments, tassels, laces, or decorative accessories may occur depending on designer availability. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been worn, washed, altered, custom stitched, or damaged after delivery.
